IS NO CHARACTER WALKING TO THE GATE
If you don't see the black
shadow that is walking to a gate, you seem to not have
the correct version of Macromedia Flash installed on
your computer :
To
fix the problem, go to the Macromedia website www.macromedia.com/
and update your current version of Flash Player.
WHEN
I CLIC ON THE GATE NOTHING HAPPENS
After
you have clicked on the gate the character enter inside,
disappear, and nothing happens.
The character while entering the shop opens a pop-up
(new window that load the website). You may have a software
that block pop-ups.
A message of your browser should appear warning you
that a pop-up has been blocked.
- Vous pouvez cliquez sur ce message, faire autoriser
les pop-up provenant de ce site.

Otherwise, go in tools menu> internet options >
privacy > and at the bottom you should see a menu
about popup, clic on settings then enter www.sophie-c.fr
and add. that's it, you just allowed pop-up from sophie-c.fr

Otherwise another softare is also blocking pop-up, it
should be, below the address bar, clic on the word pop-up
to allow pop-up.

HOW
TO NAVIGATE THROUGH OUR WEBSITE?
Once the website is loaded,
to access the different elements, you just need to click
on the presents and on the object that appears once
the present open ( in the bottom of the screen).
To
change the language of the website click on the small
character at the top right of the screen.
To
access your virtual cart, where your selected items
are, please choose an item first.

TO SHOP ON OUR WEBSITE?
(For
now, we are sorry but you have to be in France to receive
the articles of Sophie.C.
People in Canada or the USA, if there is many of you,
who had subscribe into our website you may have a chance
to receive our products. We will definitivly keep you
posted, but don't forget to subscribe into our website).
